IKEA Trip

A few weeks ago we took a trip to IKEA to buy stuff for our classroom . We bought some comfortable cushions and two colourful rugs .When we finished our shopping we enjoyed some lovely lunch in the restraunt . 

Art Time

In our class we love art time . We work with paint and lots of different art materials to make beautiful works of art 🎨🎨🎨

The Sam Maguire

Dean Rock and the Sam Maguire got a very warm welcome when they visited Kilcoskan . We look forward to seeing Sam return to Kilcoskan in 2016 ! 

Sensory Science

This week we learnt lots about mixing different materials to make really cool things ! We made Cloud Dough and Lava Lamps and we are looking forward to doing some more sensory science experiments in the coming weeks . 

Christmas at Kilcoskan

It was all go this Christmas in Kilcoskan . We managed to fit lots in , a visit to Santa in Blanchardstown ,our annual Christmas Concert , a surprise visit from Santa and a big Christmas party in our classroom ! Lots of festive fun was had by all .

Making Music

We had great fun listening to and making music with some of our friends from sixth class . We played lots of different percussion instruments and some of us tried the guitar too . 

Christmas Shoebox Appeal

In the run up to Christmas we sent presents to children in another part of the world . We made two shoeboxes one for a little girl and another for a little boy . It's kind to help others .
